# Installation Error \[OOPS ERROR\]

Hello Guys,

When I try to Install FxSound I get this message:  
“Oops! There’s an issue with you playback device settings!”  
and sends me to this page:

I am using Windows 11 and whenever I follow these instructions I do not see " FxSound Speakers" at all - checked Hidden and Disabled Devices as well.

If someone can assist me with that I’d be very thankful!

EDIT: Fixed; just needed to update some drivers.
