# I cant open fxsound

fxsound was working but when i did the new update my fxsound isn’t open anymore, sasying “ops! si e verificato un problema con le impostazioni del dispositivo di riproduzione. prima di poter iniziare per favore esamina qui i passaggi per la risoluzione dei problemi” i checked everything but i cant fix

Sorry about the problem you are facing to open FxSound.

Can you please check device manager if “FxSound Audio Enhancer” device is enabled and active?

This error usually means the FxSound audio device isn’t active.

Open Device Manager, look for FxSound Audio Enhancer, and make sure it’s enabled. If it’s disabled or missing, reinstall FxSound to restore the device. After that, restart the PC and try opening the app again.

This issue usually happens when the FxSound audio device isn’t active. Open Device Manager, check that “FxSound Audio Enhancer” is enabled. If it’s missing or disabled, reinstall FxSound, then restart your PC and try opening the app again.
