# I can't find the launch shortcut

Try [uninstalling the FxSound Audio Enhancer driver manually](https://forum.fxsound.com/t/echo-due-to-fx-and-the-original-playback-device-playing-at-the-same-time/2112/2).  
Using specialized full uninstaller software would also be an option, I’ve heard [Revo Uninstaller](https://www.revouninstaller.com/user-tutorials/install-revo-uninstaller-free/) is one of the best.  
After that, download the latest version - v1.1.22.0 - from [fxsound.com](http://fxsound.com), and run the installer.  
Post back and let me know if everything is working alright after that.
