# Help me please

Guys my fx sound has an issue and I don’t know what is it. When I open the app It said :“there is an issue with your playback device settings”. I checked the output off my pc and It didn’t appear. Please someone help me

That usually means your default device is disabled. Go into Control Panel and Sound settings and enable all the devices there one by one and you’ll see which one needs to be enabled in order for FX Sound to even open. I had that same issue. It needed my speakers enabled even though I never use them and use headphones. I enabled the speakers, set the headset to default and it was fine from then on in. Good luck!!

Is the Fxsound Audio Enhancer device installed and available in device manager,

If you see any error in the device, please share the file C:\Windows\INF\setupapi.dev.log
