I tried the method of moving the fxsound1.cab file to a folder. But nothing happened, I also noticed that when I open the installer the files appear but the installer still doesn’t see them. Is there an option to download the ready version without the installer?

Is the installer prompting you to select the .cab file from a dialog box?
