When FxSound works and it uses my headphones, it doesn’t let the PC go into sleep mode, the monitor turns off for 1 second and comes back. Help please

I have had this problem since a couple of versions ago. The thing is that it prevents the PC from going into sleep regardless of the specific output. “powerconf /requests” shows that the legacy kernel driver is active and overrides the sleep setting, but I haven’t been able to find any more detail about it. I have tried several other Eq software, but FxSound is the only one that has this type of behavior.
