# FXSound crashes my PC after about 2 minutes of use

Good afternoon John,  
[This](https://forum.fxsound.com/t/sound-level-difference/2116/2) is a quick link to my standard troubleshooting list; other than that, if you really want to use FxSound, you could perhaps try installing one of the [previous versions](https://www.videohelp.com/software/FxSound-/old-versions)…  
But if none of those tips help, then I would suggest finding an alternative audio enhancer, since a system crash is a pretty serious event.
