This seems to be a problem with League of Legends only.
Whenever FXSound is active, on random it will change the audio balance of the standard output (KZ IEMs) to full left-side or right-side (mostly left).

It happens so often that I constantly have Sound Options open to quickly balance out the issue.

Goes back to normal balance as randomly as it unbalances it

This is how it is currently.

Sorry about this. Can you try playing League of Legends without FxSound running and using this same output device to ensure that FxSound is causing this issue?

Yeah, I had done this already multiple times to ensure it was really FXSound, I was almost sure.
Last night, however, I tried it for the last time and this bug occurred without FXSound even being open, which concludes it was not the program, instead it is something else.

I will close thread now, sorry for inconvenience
