I’ve uninstalled several times both driver and application downloaded the latest software yet it closes on open both the tray icon and the application while switching to fx sound driver and giving me no audio until I switch it back looked everywhere on this help page and many people have the same problem yet the dev’s say the same fix that doesn’t work no harm though looking forward to a response and/or a fix. > ---

Can you please try installing the beta version 1.1.34.0 and if it still crashes please share the fxsound.dmp file created in %APPDATA%\FxSound directory. ---

after installing the new beta it will open but only show tray icon no application i will try to send the .dmp file at the moment it wont let me ---

You can share the .dmp file through a cloud drive. Or you can also report the issue on GitHub and attach the .dmp file [https://github.com/fxsound2/fxsound-app/issues](https://github.com/fxsound2/fxsound-app/issues) ---

Hi @dsaucyy Sorry about the delay in the release with the fix. I have released a build v1.1.35.0 [Release Version 1.1.35.0 · fxsound2/fxsound-app](https://github.com/fxsound2/fxsound-app/releases/tag/v1.1.35.0) and installers can be downloaded from [https://github.com/fxsound2/fxsound-app/releases/download/v1.1.35.0/fxsound\_setup.exe](https://github.com/fxsound2/fxsound-app/releases/download/v1.1.35.0/fxsound_setup.exe) and [https://github.com/fxsound2/fxsound-app/releases/download/v1.1.35.0/fxsound\_setup.arm64.exe](https://github.com/fxsound2/fxsound-app/releases/download/v1.1.35.0/fxsound_setup.arm64.exe) depending on the platform. This version has the potential fix for the crash. Please try it and let me know if it works for you. ---
