# Fx \\Audio not working; all troubleshoot fails, system says 'no audio device found'

Thanks again for your help.  
I still feel like a total noob compared to you guys every time.  
Went ahead and added the advice given above to my list (number 4).

Now, to ask the user about his results…

sorry for disappearing, endsems were ending me

back to this, i have tried running the powershell script… now i wont pretend to know what that was going to do.  
The result was just several more lines of code in red.

Following are the first and last screenshots (cannot attach multiple media at once)

Forgive me, but this one is beyond my level.  
I was never educated on computers.  
I will say this though: whenever you make changes to a driver, make sure to reboot afterwards.
