# Can't install software

Hi there, I have a new PC . When i install FxSound, it show “Source file not found: C:\users\huyentran\AppData\Roaming\FxSound LLC\FxSound 1.1.31.0\install\fxsound1.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it”. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?

The solution to this issue is discussed in [A non-exhaustive list of user-reported installation errors · Issue #31 · fxsound2/fxsound-app](https://github.com/fxsound2/fxsound-app/issues/31)  
Please try the steps and see if the application could be installed.
