You can always try full uninstaller software, there are many free uninstallers to be found online, like IObit Uninstaller Free, or BCUninstaller. And if all else fails, you can remove the drivers manually in Device Manager - but I wouldn’t recommend doing that on your own, messing with drivers can be dangerous. If you want, I’ll call in FxSound’s lead programmer; I’m sure he will be able to rid you of your problem. ---

There is no file with name given iN my PC . I have searched and the file it tells me to install from is not to be found. please give me programmer assistance ---

Sorry for my delay in looking into this issue. If the previous installation has got corrupted and fxsound.x64.msi could not be found, then please run fxsound\_setup.exe with this option, fxound\_setup /extract This will extract the .msi files from fxsound\_setup.exe. Then you can provide the path to the extracted fxsound.x64.msi when prompted during uninstallation. It is better to run fxsound\_setup /extract with the version of the installer which you are trying to uninstall. ---

I’ve run into the same issue i believe only i’ve run into an new issue as well i’ve even tried to follow on line guides for this i’ll say this now i can’t uninstall fxsound to reinstall it to fix the issue however i’ve run into these 2 problems preventing me from extracting the file to uninstall it to reinstall to fix it update it or even trying to get the bonus settings let alone verify the file “fxsound.x64.msi” that is currently the item and issue in question ![image](https://canada1.discourse-cdn.com/flex030/uploads/fxsound/original/2X/0/0070159e09a334767857a44c77ea88d5f4c06b2a.png) ---

Hi @LulubellDreadful fxsound\_setup.exe should probably in Downloads folder. So from C:\Users\Owner\> prompt, type `cd Downloads` and then run `fxsound_setup.exe /extract`.
