# Cannot create new EQ Preset in version v1.2.13.0

For some kind of Reason, i can’t save new preset even though i tried restarting the app or delete some unused preset, it seems like it didn’t fix and the only thing i haven’t tried is reinstalling FXsound

How many user presets have you saved?

Did you change the max\_user\_presets value in %APPDATA%\FxSound\FxSound.settings or is it the default value (20)?

With the number of saved presets less than 20, I am not able to replicate this issue of Save New Preset option getting disabled.

Can you please share the steps to replicate this issue?
